Responsible for providing support in one or more of the following areas: Conduct pipeline facility evaluations to provide technical support for project planning, evaluation and development phases of new transportation/Marketing projects. Provision of ongoing pipeline system planning and analysis and operations support.  Provision of support to resolve operational problems.  Evaluation of project alternatives to enhance business opportunities and determine economic feasibility.  Development and maintenance of pipeline models to support throughput activities.

 

Engineer

Runs flow studies and pipeline models to determine optimal timing for pipeline outages and maintenance.  Assists with outage coordination and measurement resolution processes, resolves SCADA/IT issues, and gathers data to assist Marketing  and Facilities Planning with customer and business development issues.

Responsible for monitoring and controlling the flow of gas through the Florida Gas Transmission system.  Coordinates the use of transmission facilities in accepting and delivering customer and company use gas requirements consistent with system capabilities, operating characteristics and conditions, in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

 

System Coordinator, Gas Control

Responsible for monitoring and controlling the resolution of Florida Gas Transmission measurement problems for Gas Control.  Monitors, logs and tracks all measurement problems to provide timely communication to the customers as to the problems during the resolution process.

 

Vice President, Market Services

Responsible for the overall planning and management of the Market Services for Florida Gas Transmission, including responsibility for the contracts, capacity release, nominations, scheduling, confirmations, allocations and invoicing of transportation services.  Directs staff and oversees electronic business development, website maintenance and customer communication for Florida Gas Transmission. 

 

Manager, Customer Service

Responsible for managing unit staff in the provision of capacity management and support services to Florida Gas Transmission’s customers, including gas transportation nominations, scheduling, accounting, customer billing, customer communication, and customer service issue resolution.  Develops and implements integrated plans to meet current and future customer requirements.  Coordinates the implementation of daily operating plans. 

 

Contract Administration Specialist/Senior Contract Administration Representative

Responsible for processing contract requests for transport storage and deferred delivery services.  Responds to related customer inquiries.  Reviews for compliance with Florida Gas Transmission legal, contractual and regulatory requirements. Assists in the maintenance of the legal entity and POI systems.  Monitors, troubleshoots and/or helps resolve problems in area of expertise. Recommends and participates in the implementation of system enhancements to meet customer, company and regulatory requirements.

 

Electronic Commerce Coordinator

Responsible for acting as project leader to implement new electronic business requirements.  Prepares external/internal electronic communications and provides training regarding new services.  Participates in industry standard setting projects.  Documents business requirements for NAESB standards rate case changes and new business services.  Coordinates internal/external business process training.  Responsible for coordinating the EDI function.

 

Customer Service Representative/Senior Customer Service Representative/Senior Control Accounting Specialist

Responsible for acting as a primary contact to assigned Florida Gas Transmission customers to initiate and coordinate natural gas transportation nomination and scheduling activities.  Prepares transportation invoices and monitors collections, manages shipper imbalances according to tariff. Provides general customer support to resolve customer problems regarding transportation activities.  Provides customer responsive services and information relative to Company marketing services and programs.

Responsible for oversight of government and regulatory activity and compliance with Order 2004 Standards of Conduct affecting Panhandle Energy and CrossCountry Energy.

 

Sr. Director, Rates & Regulatory Affairs

Directs the preparation of cost of service data and rate filings.

 

Project Manager, Cost of Service

Responsible for managing the development of cost of service data.  Responsible for cost of service data in rate related filings and reporting requirements. 

 

Sr. Director, Certificates and Reports

Directs the preparation of certificate and tariff filings.

 

Manager, Tariffs & Reporting

Responsible for managing the development and filing of FERC tariff filings and reporting requirements. 

 

Project Manager, Tariffs

Responsible for managing the development and maintenance of tariffs.

 

Regulatory Compliance Manager

Responsible for managing and coordinating the companies’ compliance activities related to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission rules, regulations, and guidelines.  In addition, will be responsible for coordinating and participating in North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) activities as it affects company operations.

 

Coordinator/Sr. Analyst/Analyst/Associate Analyst

Responsible for providing support in one or more of the following areas: preparation of cost of service estimates; preparation of analyses, exhibits and testimony to support rate cases, certificate applications and/or tariff filings; preparation of analyses and schedules for management presentations; monitoring FERC orders, announcements and actions; maintenance of required file and regulatory information.

 

 

Accounting and Finance

Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer

Responsible for the accounting books and records for Panhandle Energy.  Responsible for developing forecasts and budgets and for internal and external financial reports. Responsible for federal income, state income and other state and local tax compliance, IRS and state examinations, and accounting for income taxes. 

 

Director, Finance and Planning

Responsible for directing overall planning, forecasting and budgeting for Panhandle Energy.

 

Manager, Finance and Planning

Responsible for managing the gathering, compiling and analyzing of data for preparation of budgets and forecasts.

 

Project Manager/Accountants/Senior Lead Accountants/Senior Financial Planning Specialist/Financial Planning Specialist/Financial Planning Analyst

Responsible for providing accounting and reporting support for financial forecasting and budgets.

 

Vice President, Accounting

Responsible for planning, organizing and leading internal/external reporting and all Controls/Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.

 

Director, FERC & Management Reporting

Responsible for management reporting for Panhandle Energy including internal management statements as well as external statements for Noteholders and Partners and for management of gathering, compiling and analyzing of data for preparation of internal and external financial reports.

 

Manager, Internal Controls

Responsible for managing the monitoring of internal financial controls for Panhandle Energy including the development of internal audit plans and the coordination of audit activities with staff, independent auditors and internal auditors from other corporate organizations.

 

Project Manager/Senior Lead Accountants/Lead Accountants/Associate Accountants/ Accountants

Responsible for providing accounting and reporting support in financial reporting.

 

Vice President, Accounting  

Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the operational accounting functions and credit and cash applications for Panhandle Energy.   

 

Manager, Property Accounting

Responsible for managing gas plant accounting, including depreciation and amortization.

 

Manager, Revenue & Gas Accounting

Responsible for managing gas accounting, customer billing, customer accounts and routine revenue accounting.  Monitors revenue and fuel trackers, and ensures that system gas is balanced with operations.

 

Director, Credit

Responsible for directing the credit, collections and accounts receivable functions. Administers credit practices and guidelines to ensure adherence to policy and legal, regulatory and banking requirements.  Analyzes financial and credit data for new customers and unsecured vendors.  Approves unsecured vendor credit. Monitors existing customers’ credit.  Negotiates security arrangements and establishes credit lines as required.

 

Manager, Financial Accounting

Responsible for general accounting, including necessary entries to general ledger, allocations, debt and related payments and account reconciliation for Panhandle Energy.

 

Supervisor, Accounts Payable

Responsible for accurate payment of vendors on behalf of Panhandle Energy.

 

Project Manager

Coordinates various accounting projects including implementation of new accounting pronouncements, development of accounting policy manuals, and research into accounting issues.  Works directly with all levels of management.

 

Supervisor, Plant Accounting

Responsible for supervising gas plant reporting and system support.

 

Sr. Credit Specialist/Sr. Accounting Analyst

Responsible for providing credit services by administering credit and/or collection policies; analyzes financial statements and other financial information and credit data for all new customers; regularly evaluates credit exposure of existing customers; negotiates security arrangements as required and approves transportation requests for secured and unsecured credit; reviews, analyzes and assists in the approval of vendor credit.

Responsible for providing accounting and reporting support in one or more of the following areas:  general accounting, plant accounting, accounts payable, revenue billing and accounts receivable.
