 Dear EGT Shipper Community,                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
 As the winter season approaches, we would like to remind our valued shippers that per the                                                                                                                                                                
 EGT tariff, each Shipper is expected to be balanced every day (see, e.g., Section 5.7, GT&C,                                                                                                                                                             
 of EGT s Tariff).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
 Additionally, as part of the EGT community, we rely on each other to successfully run our                                                                                                                                                                
 respective and very diverse businesses.  Therefore, all market participants will be best                                                                                                                                                                 
 served by staying as balanced as possible and communicating with us any new daily                                                                                                                                                                        
 challenges that may arise.  Consequently, anyone negatively impacting EGT s operations                                                                                                                                                                   
 and potentially placing another s business operations at risk will be timely addressed                                                                                                                                                                   
 (including individualized OFOs).  Please join the rest of the community in staying balanced
