Standards of Conduct

Fayetteville Express Pipeline LLC does not conduct transmission transactions with an affiliate that engages in marketing functions and therefore the Standards of Conduct are not applicable at this time (18 CFR 358.1(a)). See Order No. 717, 125 FERC ¶ 61,064, issued October 16, 2008.
