This Action Alert is being issued pursuant to GT&C Sections 7 and 8 of Gulf Run’s Tariff and shall constitute notice of an event of Force Majeure at Gulf Run’s Regency @ Logansport (#822072) Meter Station, located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana and in Gulf Run’s Zone 1.

To ensure the safety and integrity of the pipeline, effective immediately, Gulf Run will be limiting receipt nominations from Regency @ Logansport (#822072) to a maximum of 90,000 Dth/d.

As more information becomes available, Gulf Run will notify its shippers by updating this posting.

Gulf Run will schedule nominations, if needed, on each impacted day in accordance with its tariff. This alert will remain in effect until further notice.
