Lake Charles LNG Company, LLC (Lake Charles LNG) converted its operations from a natural gas pipeline under Natural Gas Act (NGA) section 7 subject to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) jurisdiction to an import/export terminal under NGA section 3 as approved by the Commission’s Order in Docket No. CP14-122-000 issued December 17, 2015.

The Commission accepted cancellation of Lake Charles LNG’s Fourth Revised Volume No. 1-A Tariff by letter order dated August 18, 2020 in Docket No. RP20-963-000 effective August 21, 2020. Therefore Informational Postings are no longer applicable to Lake Charles LNG.
