 On July 15, 2024, MRT posted notice of a bidding period for Firm                                                                                                                                                                                         
 Storage Service capacity and associated deliverability subject to the                                                                                                                                                                                    
 Right of First Refusal.  MRT has determined pursuant to the procedures                                                                                                                                                                                   
 set forth in Section 15.7(a) of the GT&C of MRT s tariff that the best                                                                                                                                                                                   
 bid(s) received are as follows: 30,000 of FSS capacity, 523 Dth of                                                                                                                                                                                       
 maximum deliverability for a term of twenty-six (26) years, at MRT s
