03/04/2024 Sea Robin West J Leg Notice of Force Majeure

This is to notify all contracted parties of Sea Robin Gas Company that pursuant to Section 17 of Sea Robin’s FERC Gas Tariff, Sea Robin has declared a Force Majeure event due to a leak found on Sea Robin West J Leg.

 

Effective Gas Day February 21, 2024, the following locations on the J Leg must remain shut-in until further notice.

The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 28.2 shall apply to the outage referenced in Critical Notice 43018, effective February 21, 2024, and updated in Critical Notice 43069.
