09/19/2024 Sea Robin West Notice of Force Majeure Post Hurricane Francine Assessment#1

Sea Robin Pipeline Company, LLC on the West system will allow the locations listed below to flow provided that the operators of the locations contact Sea Robin gas control to confirm their availability to flow and nominations are entered for flow beginning no sooner than 9:00 AM on the Gas Day of September 19, 2024.Furthermore, Sea Robin has not identified any significant issues that would result in a long-term outage of the Sea Robin system from the hurricane. The assessment is ongoing but is dependent upon weather and other factors impacting Sea Robin's ability to access and assess the condition of the pipeline, including receiving clearance from platform operators to board and inspect equipment. Until the assessment has been completed, Sea Robin will not be accepting nominations from any other locations, and operators are required to remain shut in until Sea Robin has given clearance for flow. Sea Robin anticipates completing the assessment on or before September 22, 2024, and, if no significant issues are identified, Sea Robin expects to have the system fully operational by Monday, September 23, 2024. Any significant damage or other impacts discovered through Sea Robin's ongoing assessment could delay this anticipated return to service date.

Receipt point nominations will not be accepted until downstream deliveries are confirmed.
