09/24/2024Sea Robin West  Notice of Force Majeure - Post Hurricane Francine Assessment #2

Please Note: Changes from the previous posting are shown in bold type.

Sea Robin Pipeline Company, LLC on the West system will allow the locations listed below to flow provided that the operators of the locations contact Sea Robin gas control to confirm their availability to flow and nominations are entered. Furthermore, Sea Robin has not identified any significant issues that would result in a long-term outage of the Sea Robin system from the hurricane.

At this time, Sea Robin cannot estimate when the remaining locations will be assessed. For any locations not listed, Sea Robin is waiting on platform operators to grant access for Sea Robin to board and assess the equipment; therefore, the assessments will continue, but will depend on weather and other factors impacting Sea Robin's ability to access and assess. Until the assessment has been completed, Sea Robin will not be accepting nominations from any other locations, and operators are required to remain shut in until Sea Robin has given clearance for flow.

Receipt point nominations will not be accepted until downstream deliveries are confirmed.
