Sea Robin West Notice of Force Majeure (FM)

On October 22, 2024, Sea Robin Pipeline Company, LLC ("Sea Robin") was notified by Enterprise, the operator and part owner of the Sea Robin Gas Processing Plant (SRGPP), that it will be shutting down the SRGPP and will cease accepting gas at the plant delivery point effective at 9 a.m. on November 1, 2024, for an initial temporary period not to exceed six (6) months.

Gas quality specifications of downstream parties are such that gas originating from the Sea Robin West system must be dehydrated prior to delivery to downstream parties. Upon cessation of dehydration services at the SRGPP, Sea Robin will have no other options available to dehydrate gas for shippers that do not otherwise have arrangements in place for dehydration services.

Accordingly, beginning at 9 a.m. on November 1, 2024, in correlation with the shut in of the SRGPP, all shippers submitting nominations must arrange for dehydration of their gas or make other arrangements with downstream parties to accept non-dehydrated gas, and provide documentation of same to Sea Robin, before Sea Robin will accept nominations. This notice shall serve as a notice of a Force Majeure event pursuant to Section 17 of Sea Robin's Tariff.
