09/20/2024 Stingray Notice of Force Majeure Hurricane Francine Assessment #1 Please Note: Changes from the previous posting are shown in bold type Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C. will allow the locations listed below to flow provided that the operators of the locations contact Stingray gas control to confirm their availability to flow and nominations are entered beginning no sooner than Gas Day September 17, 2024. Furthermore, Stingray has not identified any significant issues that would result in a long-term outage of the Stingray system from the hurricane. The assessment is ongoing but is dependent upon weather and other factors impacting Stingray’s ability to access and assess the condition of the pipeline, including receiving clearance from platform operators to board and inspect equipment. Until the assessment has been completed, Stingray will not be accepting nominations from any other locations, and operators are required to remain shut in until Stingray has given clearance for flow. Stingray anticipates completing the assessment on or before September 22, 2024, and, if no significant issues are identified, Stingray expects to have the system fully operational by Monday, September 23, 2024. Any significant damage or other impacts discovered through Stingray’s ongoing assessment could delay this anticipated return to service date.
