09/23/2024 Stingray Notice of Force Majeure Hurricane Francine Assessment Final Please Note: Changes from the previous posting are shown in bold type. Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C. has completed post-hurricane repairs, and the Force Majeure related to hurricane assessments is no longer in effect. However, a new development requiring repairs to the pipeline has occurred resulting in a different Force Majeure event being posted today. That posting can be found under Critical Notice ID 48230. This is the final posting so no further postings will be issued related to the storm assessment.
