10/09/24 Stingray Notice of Force Majeure #2 Please Note: Changes from the previous posting are shown in bold type.
This is to notify all contracted parties of Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C. that pursuant to Section 23 of Stingray's FERC Gas Tariff, Stingray has declared a Force Majeure event due to the need for pipe repairs.
The Stingray pipe repair work is estimated to continue through October 21, 2024. Stingray will not be accepting nominations from any location, and operators are required to remain shut in until Stingray has given clearance for flow. Updates to this outage will be posted as they become available. If you have any questions, please contact your Marketing Representative or your Nominations Analyst.
