Stingray’s FERC Gas Tariff, GT&C Article 22 “QUALITY OF GAS” states the following in Section 22.2 (a) and (g):
22.2 FREEDOM FROM OBJECTIONABLE MATTER
The Gas received and delivered:
(a) Shall be merchantable Gas and shall be free of water and liquid hydrocarbons other than Liquids (as defined in Section 1.18);
(g) Stingray shall not be obligated to accept Gas for transportation which does not meet these quality provisions. In addition to not accepting the Gas, Stingray may charge Shipper a fee of: (1) one dollar ($1.00) per Dth of Gas received which contains more than seven (7) pounds of water vapor per MMcf (such charge will be applicable until such time as the water vapor content of the Gas at the Receipt Point is shown to be at or below seven (7) pounds per MMcf) and (2) ten dollars ($10.00) per barrel of free water identified with the Shipper…
Each month, Stingray will post the Platform Water Allocation Report it receives from Southern Petroleum Laboratories (SPL). Stingray will invoice the appropriate platform operator $10 per barrel of free water based on SPL’s Water Allocation Report and in accordance with Stingray’s FERC Gas Tariff.
