Effective November 1, 2019, Energy Transfer will be the primary point of contact for any Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (Stingray) scheduling, operations, billing, commercial, and regulatory concerns. General contact information will be listed below, and further detailed information can be found at the Energy Transfer FERC website (https://spcmessenger.energytransfer.com) under the heading CONTACTS.
FERC Website The current Stingray FERC website (http://stingray.mcpoperating.com/) will be re-directed to the new Energy Transfer provided FERC website for a limited time. Please update any bookmarks that have been saved in your browser of choice.
Daily Scheduling Application Energy Transfer will continue to use the QCloud version of QPTM. The link for access should not change (https://qcctx02.qbsol.com/), and any updates to the link will be available on the Energy Transfer FERC website under CUSTOMER ACTIVITIES.
Gas Control For a limited time, the current Gas Control phone number (844-892-7408) will be forwarded to the Energy Transfer Gas Control number. The direct line is (713) 989-2255. In case of emergencies, contact (800) 225-3913.
