Southwest Gas Storage Company FSS Open Season - Revised

Southwest Gas Storage Company is soliciting binding bids from Shippers interested in acquiring firm storage (Rate Schedule FSS) in Southwest Gas Storage’s West Area Storage Facilities under the following criteria:

Term:                    Storage is available starting May 1, 2024. Minimum Term is 2 years.

MDIQ:                   April – October of each Injection Season

100% of MDIQ until 90% of MAQ injected (5,556 Dth/d per Bcf)

60% of MDIQ >90% until 95% of MAQ injected (3,334 Dth/d per Bcf)

35% of MDIQ > 95% of MAQ injected (1,945 Dth/d per Bcf)

MDWQ:               November – March of each Withdrawal Season

100% of MDWQ until 50% of MAQ withdrawn (10,000 Dth/d per Bcf)

60% of MDWQ >50% until 75% of MAQ withdrawn (6,000 Dth/d per Bcf)

35% of MDWQ >75% of MAQ withdrawn (3,500 Dth/d per Bcf)

 

Fuel:                                                      Current summer injection rate is 2.32%. Winter withdrawal rate is 1.43%.

Deliverability Charge:                    $0.00/Dth

Commodity:                                       Injection $0.0015/Dth; Withdrawal $0.0015/Dth

Authorized Overrun Charge:       $0.1145/Dth

Receipts:                                             Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Field Zone

Deliveries:                                          Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Field Zone
