Trunkline Open Season

Trunkline Gas Company, LLC (TGC) is soliciting binding bids from Shippers interested in acquiring firm transportation utilizing TGC’s Firm Transportation Service (Rate Schedule FT) which meets the following criteria:

 

Primary Receipt Points: Texas receipt points located in in TGC’s Field Zone (subject to available capacity)

Primary Delivery Point: TGC WLA points or Henry Hub (subject to available capacity)

 

Operationally available point capacities can be found on TGC’s ebb:  https://tgcmessenger.energytransfer.com/ipost/TGC

 

Open Season CQ:             up to 110,000 Dth/d from receipts upstream of TGC’s Cypress Compressor Station or up to 800,000 Dth/d from points at or downstream of TGC’s interconnects with HPL Silsbee meter #82741 and Midcoast Silsbee meter #82740 (subject to available capacity)

Start Date:                          May 1, 2022, however TGC will evaluate bids with a later start date

Minimum Term:               10 Years

Rate:                                     Tariff

 

 

Any interested party must complete the attached binding bid form and return it to TGC, via email or fax as directed below.   The deadline for submitting bids is 12 PM CST on April 20, 2022.  

 

All bids shall be deemed to be binding on Shippers upon the conclusion of the bidding period.  TGC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, including non-conforming bids.  Bids that do not meet the criteria set forth above, are incomplete or would require changes to the FT Form of Service Agreement set forth in TGC’s Tariff will be deemed non-conforming bids.  TGC’s discretion to reject or accept a bid, including any non-conforming bid, shall be exercised on a not unduly discriminatory basis.

 

After the close of this Open Season, TGC will evaluate all conforming and acceptable bids.  Awards of capacity, if any, will be based on the greatest net present value of the reservation charges produced by an acceptable bid, or combination of acceptable bids, received in this Open Season.  Bids with an equal net present value will be awarded on a pro rata basis.
