Notice of Reserved Capacity Available on an Interim Basis

In accordance with Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC NGA Gas Tariff, Trunkline Gas Company, LLC (TGC) hereby posts the following reserved capacity that is available for transportation service on an interim basis subject to certain conditions noted below.  Such reserved capacity is the capacity remaining after the conclusion of the recent Open Season set out in Notice ID 27817.

Interim Time Period

                Start Date:          June 9, 2022

                End Date:            Until such time that the capacity is required for TGC’s Pipeline Modifications Project

Reserved Segment: Capacity in the TGC field zone specifically with receipts in the North Texas system downstream of the Cypress compressor station in and around Silsbee (TGC’s interconnects with HPL Silsbee meter #82741 and Midcoast Silsbee meter #82740) through to the suction side of the Longville compressor station, to points downstream along the NTX segment, as well as points southeast of Longville on the discharge side of the Longville compressor station in West LA. 

Reserved Capacity Amount: 690,000 Dth/d from points at or downstream of TGC’s interconnects with HPL Silsbee meter #82741 and Midcoast Silsbee meter #82740 (subject to available point capacity) to points southeast of Longville in West LA.

Notes:  Extension rights, including the right of first refusal, for any Shipper contracting for such reserved capacity in any resulting interim Service Agreement will be limited in accordance with TGC’s tariff.
