Posting of Potential Contracting of Off-System Capacity

Trunkline Gas Company, LLC (TGC) is considering contracting up to 350,000 Dth of firm off-system pipeline capacity, dependent on availability of upstream capacity, pursuant to GT&C Section 28.6 of its Tariff. With such off-system capacity, TGC could provide seamless firm service from upstream supply interconnects (including receipts points at Waha, Texas) to deliveries at points on TGC’s system. The start date is dependent on completion of any upstream off-system firm contracts, expected in early 2023, and in-service of any pipeline modifications necessary to provide the service. Any resulting firm service would be during the primary term only, with ROFR rights only for any TGC capacity contracted at maximum tariff rate and corresponding ROFR or extension rights obtained by TGC on the off-system capacity.
