04/26/2024  Contracting of Off-System Capacity

Pursuant to GT&C Section 28.6 of its Tariff, Trunkline Gas Company, LLC (TGC) may from time-to-time contract for firm off-system pipeline capacity, dependent on availability of firm upstream and/or downstream capacity.  With such firm off-system capacity, TGC could provide seamless firm service from upstream supply interconnects (including receipts points at Waha, Texas, and other production areas) to deliveries at points on or downstream of TGC’s system.  The availability of such upstream and/or downstream capacity is dependent on the execution of any off-system firm contracts and in-service of any pipeline modifications necessary to provide the service.  Any resulting firm service would be during the primary term only, with ROFR rights only for any TGC capacity contracted at maximum tariff rate and corresponding ROFR or extension rights obtained by TGC on the off-system capacity.  Any shippers or potential shippers interested in contracting for such off-system capacity should contact their Marketing Representative.
