To: All Transwestern Pipeline Customers.

Subject: Mainline Thoreau West System Pipeline Integrity Maintenance.

Reason: Transwestern will be performing Pipeline integrity Maintenance. This will ONLY impact the Socal Needles Interconnect POI 10487

Gas Day November 10th thru November 12th, 2026

Capacity at Socal Needles will be reduced from 850,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 325,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day November 13th thru November 16th, 2026

Socal Needles capacity will decrease from 325,000 MMBtu/d to 250,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day  November 17th, 2026

Socal Needles capacity will increase tothe original capacity of 850,000 MMBtu/d.
