In light of weather forecasts projecting colder temperatures, pursuant to Section 7.6, GT&C, of Gulf Run’s Tariff, Gulf Run is advising shippers and operators system wide that they will be required to maintain actual receipts and deliveries commensurate with scheduled volumes, beginning Saturday, January 24th, 2026 at 9 AM and continuing until further notice. Gulf Run will be unable to support short imbalance positions and will be unable to provide any tolerance for short positions and, accordingly, Gulf Run may reduce scheduled delivery quantities intraday to balance actual receipts and deliveries as necessary to maintain system deliverability and operational integrity. Gulf Run will not schedule long imbalance payback.

Gulf Run will continue to monitor the pipeline’s pressure and imbalances and will, if necessary, take further actions, including the issuance of one or more Operational Flow Orders (OFO).

Gulf Run will schedule receipts and deliveries in accordance with Gulf Run’s Tariff. This Action Alert will remain in effect until further notice and will be updated as more information becomes available.
