Trunkline Gas Company FT Open Season

Trunkline Gas Company is soliciting binding bids from Shippers interested in acquiring firm transportation utilizing Trunkline’s Firm Transportation Service (Rate Schedule FT) under the following criteria:

 

Primary Receipt Points: NTX receipts downstream of Cypress compressor station (subject to available capacity)

Primary Delivery Point: WLA delivery points (subject to available capacity)

Open Season CQ: Up to 95,000 Dth/d (subject to available receipt and delivery point capacity)

Start Date: February 4, 2026

Term: February 4 – March 31, 2026

Rate: tariff ($3.7001/month reservation)

 

 

Any interested party must complete the attached binding bid form and return it to Trunkline, via email as directed below.   The deadline for submitting bids is 12 PM CST on Monday, February 2, 2026.   

 

All bids shall be deemed to be binding on Shippers.  Trunkline reserves the right to reject or accept any non-conforming bids.  Bids that do not meet the criteria set forth above, are incomplete or would require changes to the FT Form of Service Agreement set forth in Trunkline’s Tariff will be deemed non-conforming bids.  Trunkline’s discretion to reject or accept a bid, including any non-conforming bid, shall be exercised on a not unduly discriminatory basis.

 

After the close of this Open Season, Trunkline will evaluate all conforming and acceptable bids.  Awards of capacity, if any, will be based on the greatest unitized net present value (per Dth) of the reservation charges produced by an acceptable bid, or combination of acceptable bids, received in this Open Season.  Bids with an equal unitized net present value will be awarded on a pro rata basis. Successful bids will be awarded by EOB on Monday, February 2, 2026.
