NOTICE OF ANNUAL SYSTEM BALANCING ADJUSTMENT REPORT

Gulf Run has filed its System Balancing Adjustment Report in RP26-817-000. During the twelve-month accumulation period ending January 31, 2026, Gulf Run’s cash out costs exceeded the revenues received by $299,689.13, and as a result, Gulf Run is required to surcharge such balance to Shippers based on each individual Shipper’s actual throughput.

Each Shipper who is allocated a surcharge shall have the right to provide notice to Gulf Run within 60 days of the FERC’s acceptance if they choose to pay the surcharge ratably over the next twelve months including interest starting with the August billing. Otherwise, the entire surcharge amount will appear on the August bill.
