| Terms/Notes - AMA | This capacity is released pursuant to an asset management agreement ("AMA") between New Mexico Gas Company ("Releasing Shipper"), and BP Energy Company from April 1, 2023 through April 30, 2025. Subject to the terms of an AMA, Asset Manager is required to deliver natural gas to Releasing Shipper in an amount up to one hundred (100%) to the released capacity on any day during the term of the release. |
