| Terms/Notes - AMA | This capacity is released pursuant to an asset management arrangement ("AMA") between Atmos Energy Corporation ("Releasing Shipper"), and Sequent Energy Management LLC ("Asset Manager"). Asset Manager will acquire 100% of Releasing Shipper's capacity for the period April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Subject to the terms of the AMA, Asset Manager is required to deliver natural gas to Releasing Shipper in an amount up to one hundred (100%) of the released capacity on each and every day of the release. |
| Recall/Reput Terms | Capacity being released is immediately recallable upon (i) a breach that leads to the termination of the Asset Management Arrangement; (ii) failure by the Asset Manager to fulfill its delivery obligations subject to the terms and conditions of the Asset Management Arrangement; or (iii) the mutual agreement of the parties. |
